HVAC Installer

Job Summary

The HVAC Installer is responsible for residential and commercial installations, as well as, maintenance and diagnostic repair work.

Job Type:

Full-time

Essential Functions:

PM, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems
Install furnace and air conditioning systems
Maintain truck and inventory
Fabricate and install sheet metal duct work
Possess attention to detail and a desire to see the job done right the first time
Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of three (3) years’ experience
Ability to lift to 50 pounds and push, pull, or carry heavy objects

HVAC Technician

Job Summary
The HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type:
Full-time

Essential Functions:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment
Diagnose system issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Perform field service tasks to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
Repair or replace defective parts with appropriate tools and techniques
Collaborate with plumbing and electrical trades for comprehensive service delivery
Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory
Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
Strong mechanical knowledge; ability to read schematics and technical drawings
Familiarity with HVAC design principles and refrigeration cycles
Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
Proficiency with diagnostic tools (ohmmeters, pressure gauges, etc.)
Welding ability for equipment repairs when required
Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first focus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must agree to background and drug check

Other Responsibilities:

Maintain company vehicle and ensure inventory is stocked
Keep all tools and equipment in proper working condition
Assist teammates and perform other duties as assigned
