Working at Meyer

A family-owned shop where good techs stay

Meyer Heating & Air is a family-owned business based on Lindbergh in south St. Louis County. We run residential and light commercial heating, cooling, and indoor air quality work across the metro, and we have done it long enough to earn 1,000-plus Google reviews at 4.9 stars. That reputation is built by the people in the trucks, so we treat hiring like it matters.

Here is the trade-off, stated plainly. You will work hard, show up on time, and take care of your truck and your customers. In return you get fair pay, benefits we actually cover, time off you control, and an owner who is on the job, not behind a desk in another state.

Meyer Heating & Air technician
Brandon S., HVAC Technician“I’ve been at Meyer long enough to see plenty of techs come through, and the good ones stay. The truck is stocked, the owner is on the job with you, and you go home knowing the work was done right.”
